Thank you for this link! I have been looking at many NIH videocasts for a grant proposal I have been working on, but missed this one.

BTW, I think you should still continue to blog and show everyone, including your potential employers, that you’re a multi-dimensional person. I can’t think of a time when you’ve gone totally off the deep end.
