- Matt at Londonist visited the Wellcome Collection of medicine and science, which features a robot from the Human Genome Project and a complete transcript of the genome.
- Professor James Watson promoted the use of DNA sequencing at the opening of the Wellcome Collection.
- The Tucson Citizen opposes the creation of a DNA database in Arizona to store DNA data on criminals. They’re worried about privacy, insurance coverage, and civil rights violations.
