I'm glad that Mr. Venter is proud of his past and is not afraid of saying that he hated the education system and had to start from scratch when he went to college. You hear a lot of stories about people quiting their jobs because they don't like the way things are being done and think there are better ways to get things done, and the ones that quite their job are usually the ones that advance society because their new idea is actually better. Does anyone know which method is the most acurate when it comes to sequencing a genome? I really liked that video.
